I have tried all kinds of ejuice calculators, and I absolutely love the Juice Calculator by Rod Brown.
It has a ton of configuration options, it allows you to track your flavors and enter your own personal notes for them. It also calculates how much it would cost to make a juice recipe. It works on windows and linux and mac (via WINE)
It does the basics you would expect a ejuice calculator to do and then it has a few extras , like being able to export and import recipes from other juice programs.
I like it because it does really nice printouts of recipes and tells me how much flavoring, vg, pg and nicotine I have in storage. Plus it allows for a insane amount of notes, and I can customize it to death.
