I love the look and performance of copper mods, but the green fingers are getting a bit old.

Yup, looks only go as far as you're willing to pay in upkeep and money. Lol

I'm about to do a patina on my copper penny, after having it for a month, I'm tired of polishing this thing... And it's starting to get that copper funk to it...

If I were to buy a new copper mod, I would just coat it with copper lacquer.
The same looks and conductivity, but without the constant cleaning and green hands.

Copper lacquer, you say? Sounds like it would hold up better than conventional clear coat.

i loved my smpl mods i had three of them yes three i thought it was becuas ei worked in a weld shop and i was rough on them and the botton would get stuck in the fire position then it would be stuck autofiring.....turns out it wasn;t meeveryone i know is having this issue with them i love the mod hate the button

I have several authentic smpl's, and use two at a time everyday. Never had a stuck button or a hot button on any of them. But I do clean them often.
