I'm currently in the market for a new mech mod under $100 but am Leary when it comes to clones. Will consider a quality clone though any suggestions??

Hybrid tops are cool I'm pretty sure my freakshow's center pin sticks out far enough. I've been eyeing up the fuhattan, but everywhere I've looked is sold out and ebay scares me

The original FUhattan/Manhattan is a beast, Its just never in stock 
The FlagShip is not very different, but Ive only used a Manhattan for about 5min at a vape shop that someone else was there with, so I couldnt weigh in on how the internals of the two compare.

Just out of curiosity, why do you want a mech mod? You can buy a Sigelei 200 TC , with a Velocity or a tank, and a battery for under $100, now days. It will light em up all the way to .05. Is there a reason you prefer the old mech style?

I actually have a x cube ii and love it but something deep inside of me is itching for a nice no frills mech
And in all honesty I have very little desire to build below .1ohm guess its just for aesthetics although a unreg parallel box would be nice too. Gotta love the double battery life
If it wasn't for the fact that my wife would have my balls on a silver platter I'd have a bookshelf full of vape gear

they are rugged, simple,there's no chip to fry,they can be easily repaired,you can drop them in a lake.they'lllive longer than a chip mod...and as an added bonus they're phallic.what more could you want.

lol, you could make that same argument between a bicycle, and a car. I think the $100 threw me. MECH's are cheap around here. Phallic designs, have never been my prefrence

The ragnorok is pretty nice also.
Vaporkings has the flagship for 64$ and the ragnorok for 50$. That's a killer deal on the flagship, a few months back you couldn't find it for less than 100$

If you do get the flagship they use ball bearings in the switch, so be careful disassembling it. The bearings are what make it so smooth, it also means no matter where you hit the switch it'll always give you the same hit.
cool mod, that flagship and great price I like the button alot.although I'm hoping the Calvert will come out as a 18650 soon.....a mod I've been looking at is the exelixis from mechano mods ..it's fairly inexpensive and it has a side switch which I like, and a hybrid adapter.

I've looked at those and there was another where you could move the switch around; for the life of me I can't remember what it was called. But they were really cool!
the 69 by atmomixani ? you could have the switch at the top or at the bottom as a pinkie switch.

My first was a caravela clone with a patriot clone- I hated that atty and I got took in a crap battey, it took me close to a year to try a mechanical again. Then a buddy sold me an stingrayx clone with a magma. Huge difference! After that I picked up several good authentics, im normally a regulated fan, but, there is something nice about just the battery and the atty.

It's impossible to have them all.There's somethings that were truly 1 of a kinds,Or they just don't make anymore.Then there's the ones you can only get at big events like Bash/Con/Whatever like (Empire Mods) for example.If you are really into mechanical tube mods then feel free to take the following advice.
Pick 1 Authentic you really want and save up for it.In the mean time feel free to get whatever budget mechanical you want except for a clone of the authentic you're saving up for.
