Well Jason Sterns is high ranking executive for FW. But something about it doesn't seem official.... But I definitely believe the information listed

HIC posted some great info on the responses of many flavor manufacturers when questioned about certain harmful chemicals and their percentages in their products .

Wish i remembered where the link was but i was not impressed with FW . I no longer buy anything from Baker , not my favorite but a good price no doubt.

Thanks for the post Smoky.

And don't forget their "yummy" Butterscotch -- "All flavors are Diacetyl free!"

No, I won't buy from FW in my lifetime -- never.

And "free" only actually means it tested at less than 1%!!!

1% in a flavoring is actually very high when it comes to vaping!!

I do not and will not use their flavorings.

Pretty sure that signature is a font.

edit: Also, I don't believe Acetoin is actually a diketone and I think the reason it is discouraged is because it can contain trace amounts of Diacetyl as a contaminant from the production process. Even Flavourart admits some of its flavorings contain very small amounts of Acetoin.

That document has been circulating for a while, but I haven't seen any verification of authenticity.
We all know FW has been far from transparent regarding ingredients. If it's real, it's a step in the right direction....I suppose.

The link to this document can be found on their flavors listing linked below, at the bottom of the left sidebar.
FlavorWest peppermint with "Diacetyl, Acetoin & Acetyl Propionyl Ingredient list"

http://flavorwest.com/index.php/water-soluble-flavoring.html

It seems to only contain a limited amount of tested flavors. I find it a little obscure that there's no data at all for diacetyl.
I'd be interested to see what amounts "buttery popcorn" would contain..

Good find! So the document is legit. I'd like to think this is a comprehensive list of ALL of their flavorings with diketones but unfortunately I don't have that confidence. Thanks for authenticating this for us!
