Starting on the sidelines and working their way into a position of power through cunning and betrayal, Roose Bolton (Michael McElhatton) and his legitimized bastard son Ramsay (Iwan Rheon) have become two of the strongest people in the Seven Kingdoms. Even though they lost Sansa Stark (their claim to Winterfell) at the end of Season 5, the Boltons still have a powerful army and a firm hold on the North.
