IPVD2 screen goes black sometimes

The display on my D2 sometimes goes black but still fires..and its intermittent, I mean it'll work fine, be nice and bright and then I go to hit it its black again. I checked battery, juice getting into the mod, battery contacts and all that and it leaves me scratching my head thinking what the hell. Anybody ever have this problem?

I don't have that mod but it sounds like the cable that goes to the screen is either going bad or possibly loose in it's connector at the board.(I'm assuming it's like a DNA200). Seems like the ribbon cables that connect screens to boards aren't the toughest of animals. Maybe the screen is just going bad as well. Wouldn't know for sure unless I opened it up. Good luck buddy!

No problem at all, I hope it's an easy fix. Make sure it's not getting pinched under the fire button, could be something as simple as that (needing to be slightly re-routed).
