I've seen some really good prices on ecig.com, so good I wonder if they're too good.....
Has anyone dealt with this site and what was your experience?
Are they legit?

Yes they are a very legit Co with great prices when they do a sale.

Yep, I've bought from them a couple times now - fast, decent turn around time. Ships out of Austin, TX I believe. I like 'em. And vapenw.com is one of my daily "let's just see if anything new is out..." shops.

Both sites are legit ...both have very fast shipping..received my mods from both places in 2 days

His shipping and return policy is unbelievable.. Awesome customer service highly recommend that site....
 
great site with great prices i have just had a package stolen and they where super fast about getting my package replaced like shipped out the same day got to say i kinda love this site ecig.com will see alot of my money

Wish I could say the same about replacement speed. I ordered a Joyetech Ego AIO Box mod as a gift. When I got it last Friday I opened the package to find an IPV 400 inside. Rather than keep the more expensive item I contacted them, provided a picture of the unopened IPV box in it's packing and with their OK shipped it back with a tracking number the very same day. No biggie, mistakes happen. They received it Monday. They didn't ship out the correct item until late Wednesday afternoon and gave me a store credit for the return shipping, which I'm OK with. I did mention it was a time sensitive gift when I first contacted them about the mistake. I can see waiting until they received the package to send out the replacement although they said they'd just need the tracking number to get to work on the correct item. But waiting nearly two full days after that to ship it did, I must say, irk me a little. The end result is that it won't be here in time for the event it was intended as a gift for. First time I've had to deal with CS there. Not a total disaster and they did make it right but...

For your particular circumstance I can see where this is a problem for you.
Sucks this timing didn't play well for your planned outcome.
For a standard return/exchange, this is actually decent timing.

I agree. I think the post reflected that. I wouldn't have posted it at all if getting a replacement shipped the same day hadn't been mentioned. Had they done so - or even the next day after receiving the return - the time line would have worked out, I had a week cushion between the original shipment arrival and the birthday. It's not the first time I've ordered from them nor will it be the last, which is why I was OK with a store credit.
