idk what it would take hardware wise. but I think that would be pretty slick. not only that, if there is not one yet, there not only will be, it could be commonplace.

For DNA MOD's you have eScribe software and there are some MOD"s that have Bluetooth but I have not really followed those much and I seem to remember most users having issues connecting or using it.

after posting I thought WiFi mods. then there could be "mod security" , you log in to your mod/s over WiFi and you can see who I messing with them and then tell them to GTFO.

I never heard of a MOD with WiFI but who knows. One of the issues I find with Electronic Devices that allow use of WiFi is they will work with a phone but unless you have no Security on the WiFi Access Point the devices are not advances enough to logon to the Network with Passwords.

Of course all the DNA equipped mods and there are a couple blue tooth mods.
I have a couple of old Smok mods with bluetooth that I picked up for $10- ea on clearance for my vapeapoclypse stash. Use 18650 but have to remove 2 screws to get battery door off.
Made sure they worked before putting in stash but never used BT on them.

Only Smok stuff I own had some TFV4's but piffed them out.
Ohh just remembered won one of the mods with a TFV4.
Picked up the other on clearance.

Someone showed me his X-Cube (2 or Ultra?) mod once. He had an app on his phone where he could change the colors on the fire bar. I don't know what all else.

I have a Wismec Active with a buetooth speaker. I use it to play audio from my phone sometimes.

Yes, there are a number of things that you can do with the X-Cube series from Smok with an app via Bluetooth. It's very finicky from what I remember though. Sometimes the app would work and other times it wouldn't. I almost bought one once, but didn't in the end.

VooPoo (or as I like to call em, PooPoo) mods have some settings that can only be changed from the desktop software via USB. I think it’s a nice thing to add, but IMO all settings should be accessible via the device menu.

Some mods can do that with Arctic Fox firmware. Depends on the mod tho, some don't support it
