I'm on my second istick100w and yes i know the buttons rattle, but something else is going on. If you gently bang the mod on your palm and then give it a slight shake it sounds like something is loose in there. Something internally. i sent the first one back and asked for a replacement and same thing. I dont know if they just repackaged same one or if all the istick 100 w mods have the same problem. Of course i forgot to jot down the serial #. Is anyone else having same problems. Please let me know. I also tried contacting eleafworld, but thats still ongoing. Im not sure if i should replace the mod again. I know its only $30 bucks but still.

Is your mod working or do you just not like a teeny bit of rattle?? the buttons are floating so they will never be 100% silent

So....nothing is broken? There are only a few screws keeping you from seeing just whats inside making all this fuss...

Ok! Evic is a better choice in this instance. Consider an upgrade to a more suitable VT device. ZERO rattles.

On some devices, the board is glued to the mod with hot glue of some sorts. In your case, it may have come loose. If you don't mind loosing the warranty, you could open it up, and either use some non-conductive rubber foam to pry the board in position, or glue it back on with liquid insulator.

Doesn't do it on mine, just the normal button rattle.

i found it on 2 different istick100w devices. you can check yours by tapping the bottom of the mod on your palm.
