Why did they even bother coming out with the MVP 20 anyway?

That's a good question... since it's in the same package as the original MVP, it was probably easier to push out quick in response to all the new 20W+ box mods coming to market. The MVP 3.0 is completely redesigned - it's also slightly larger and more expensive. The same could be asked about the iStick Mini (10W), original iStick (20W), 30W and 50W iStick. Guess they're trying to appeal to different types of vapers...

Im glad they did...i think it appealed more to the masses in vaping and i was stoked to be able to get it for less than what sellers were asking for the 2.0 version...Id like to see the price drop on the 2.0 below the 20w version..$24.99 or something like that..i would buy one...but certainly wont pay more for 9 watts less...can get a mvp 20w for $29.99 shipped...*shrugs.

I still think 60 bucks for a 30 watt device is expensive these days.

But again, it comes with the batteries and charger built in.. Yes, some other 30w devices come with the built in charger, but you still have to spent another $20-$30 on a good set of batts for it.. Factor that in and well.. You could get an iStick, but then theres that nagging firing 'too hot' problem ;)

Seems the issue is more for some that already invested in good batteries and chargers..Fair enough, but for new time buyers or those who prefer plug and play, i dont think it gets any better than innokin...Especially with this new 30w and is cheaper overall than buying 20 dollars in batteries and another 20 or 30 or more for a good charger...Innokin for the win at 60 bucks for 30 watts plug and play.

Although id still like to only pay 40 ish for one :)

Give it a few weeks and it will come down to 40 or so. Never buy when the new items hit the market but we vapors are impulse buyers.

Yep.. I always wait for 2-3 months.. Sometimes there is a V2 coming by then.

Well, except the iStick50.. I screwed up on that one and pre-ordered
