Production company Thunder Road has announced that the sequel to John Wick starring Keanu Reeves will begin shooting this Fall.
John Wick 2 was officially announced in May by Lionsgate, and will be directed by the first film's duo of David Leitch and Chad Stahelski. Original John Wick screenwriter Derek Kolstad is also returning to pen the sequel.
Other upcoming Thunder Road releases include Sicario starring Benicio Del Toro, Emily Blunt, and Josh Brolin, and Gods of Egypt, directed by Alex Proyas.
John Wick was named best action movie of 2014 in IGN's awards.
