Fran Kranz – of The Cabin in the Woods and Dollhouse – will join the cast of Sony's The Dark Tower.
Based on Stephen King's seven-book series of the same name, The Dark Tower has been a long time coming. Idris Elba is set to star as Roland Deschain, the Gunslinger, with Matthew McConaughey as his nemesis Walter Padick, the Man in Black.
