Joyetech evic VT - Protection?

I have a Joyetech evic VT - Quick question.

What does PROTECTION mean? Everytime i try to take a hit the temp goes down and shows PROTECTION.

Im running on 500 f on 35.0 WATTS on Titanium coil.

It means you've reached your 500 F temp limit. Also if your coil isn't wicking well it will go into temp protection more frequently.

Turn up the temp to 550 and see if that helps.

I can still get some smoke out of it, but i think its burning the wick

Me thinks you are just seeing what TC does. Turn it down. Then just puff on it. The numbers will always fluctuate depending on how much you smoke, the more you inhale the less they will drop. If you just hold the button and not puff on it, you will experience what you are talking about.

I smoke on mine around 320-420 and never had an issue

How it is right now

Start low and work your way up, when you find that perfect temp, write it down on the bottle.

I vape this juice at high and low temps, not all juices can do this.

What about for power? Should i keep it at max? Or should i play around with it as well

I never understood this fascination with people starting off at full speed. Its makes absolutely not sense at all

If you smoke it little harder or turn it down you will be just fine. Protection is there for your protection.
