Juice for Tanks

Do you guys ever find your juices taste weaker in a sub ohm tank ?
I make juice for a friend and he always says he can't taste what I make.
Any ideas ? He uses a clieto

Smaller coils,wire/surface area, and more restricted airflow all work at muting flavor vs RDA/RTA.

Juice can taste different in different tanks, depending on wattage and build. Also since taste buds are different people like different concentrations of juice - for instance, I make juice for a friend, and I often make for her at 10% what I like at 8%! So for your friend try increasing the total percentage of flavoring a little!

Yes, and I've gone back to my 1.8ohm, small compressed coil (1.5mm dia), MTL, with tighter air flow.
The higher airflow of the sub-ohm tanks just kills the flavors for me too much.
But I also use 70PG so I get more flavor than clouds.
You may need to increase the recipe amounts for his setup.

Another thought, I was vaping a juice today that had very little flavor at my normal 50-60 watts, but came alive at 80 watts.

Oh yes!!!! Play with those temps. Between coil build, mod, air flow, and ect affects the flavor.

Personally when I transitioned from a nautilus mini to sub ohm on a crown tank new subtle flavors came alive. I could pick out more of the hidden flavors. But I also upgraded my mod at that time as well. I also was vaping at a higher temp.

I bought a Clieto tank. i couldn't taste anything. I gave it away and went back to my Nautilus Mini.
