Hi people. My concentrates are running low, so I thought time to order some more!

I used chefs vapour again which is in wales, as last time he was out of stock of a certain flavour, to apologise for this he sent me that flavour by a different maker, plus a free bottle! Now that is customer service.

When my RSBT2 broke after less than 3 days, the shop I used didn't offer to replace the tube. I didn't use excessive force, but I know now that it is nomal glass in the tube, not pyrex, that is why it was so fragile. They just told me on the phone they sell replacements for a few pounds, chefs vapour was a much smaller order but the same amount of money, and they gave it for free, that is why I am sticking with them.

I ordered,Butterscotch, Cappucino, apple crumble, blackcurrant, and strawberry cheesecake, along with 5 15ML bottles and a 10 ML syring to make it easier to mix exactly, has I tried a baby medicine syringe but it was really slow as it was only 1ML, so once I measured it correctly I marked my bottles, so I could quickly make them up without measuring. The 10 ml syringe should make it easier for me, I will make 70/30 VG/PG then add the flavouring on top, that is why I got the 15 ml bottles as the will hold 12-13 mls easily.

This come to £14 with shipping, and with the PG and VG I have it works out much, much cheaper than shop bought.

Just can't wait for them to come! They might take 2 days and not the usual one day, as its from wales, looking forward to the new flavours :).

@conanthewarrior , you are in the U.K., right? Have you considered ordering Kandi Hed?

I haven't, but the way chefs vapour handled that mattter, they even wrote me a letter of apology, makes me feel like using them. They stock a lot of manufacturers stuff as well as their own, and their prices are reasonable. With all of that customer service, and great flavours in the last order, I am hesitant to try anyone else as they were so good. I may try a small order from another company to see what they are like, but I think chefs vapour have got me for a while by the way they treated me.

EDIT:Kandi hed does seem to have a lot of flavours, and mama J's I have heard mentioned quite a bit on here. Is this because they are one of the best, or has everyone got their own favourites mostly?

EDIT 2: Wow mama J's is $20 shipping, I don't think I will try that although I may try kandi hed, although thank you for letting me know they do ship international :).
