i just got another brand new kanger atomizer ( kander evod BBC ) it has the same issue it leaks the same way and im getting really pissed off with that how the hell is this happening, im not overfilling im not doing anything wrong the first time it came i plugged it and it worked just fine for a few hours then all of a sudden it started leaking heavly
Oh man- not fun! I don't have any problems with my Evod 2 tanks, mine are glass, the box they came in said glass, the silver ring on the base where the coil goes in says glass, and have been using them for over 2 years, but mine are glass! The box says glass that the tank comes in! The evods that are not marked glass look like glass, but it is plastic and menthol, citrus and cinnamons crack the tank that is NOT glass! I don't believe your tanks are glass, but plastic, the outside base ring would say glass. Some eliquids will eat thru the plastic tank within a couple of hours, causing leaks.
I saw a trick on you tube where they took another rubber seal and put in on with the rubber seal on the coil, slid it on top of the other and they said that will stop the leaking. But that trick wont help if eliquid is cracking your tanks. Something is wrong if two separate tanks are having the issue.
When you bought the new tank, did you tell the vape shop your issues? Bring the gear in and show them! Go in a vape shop and have them test it out for you! Vape shops will help! They will make sure you have the right tank with eliquid you are using. A vape shop helped me when my first tank leaked, my eliquid was eating through the plastic, and sold me my 1st of many Glass evod 2 tanks! Two different coil types for those too,
the older cc coils come in a white kanger box, leak for me- the newer kanger black box coil VOCC don't leak.
Another cheap but good beginner tank is the Aspire ET-S Glass BVC those should be under $10.00 they are Ego threaded and will work with your battery.
Good luck and hopefully there will be a cure.
