Pretty much tore the box open like a kid on Christmas and dropped in my favorite juice and went to vaping. The other day I desided to try a different coil that is pre-made and it is the Clapton or clampton coil. I am using jolly rancher 90/10 vg/pg with watt setting at 30.4watts vent fully open and get big tasty clouds. Now if I go higher in wattage I get warmer vape and more taste but more cough which I hate! Bck when I was a smoker I loves throat hits, guess I can't do that anymore. If I back down the wattage to say 20 through 26watts and close the tank vent to the middle setting and I can short slow hits and its nice real nice. I noticed I can switch to heat setting by tapping 3 times but unsure about all that and the manual is too small and nothing really online.

Am I using the device right for this coil and set up?

Congrats on your Topbox Platinum. I think you would get a better all around vape with a little less VG. Maybe consider a 70/30 vg pg mix. Your coils are working really hard and probably will gunk up real quick. For a better overview of your device, check out some youtube reviews. I am using higher VG due to PG allergy. I'll tone it down to 70/30 as at that ratio I'm still alright it's 50/50 that mucks me up.

I just grabbed a bottle of VG from CVS to cut some 50/50 maybe drip on my cheap RDA and get the house fogged out for a minute.
