So I received my Cupti in the mail today and immediately went to my local vape shop to buy a battery and an atomizer. Popped both in and filled it with juice and now I can't get any of the buttons to respond. The screen turns on and acts as though it's working but the fire button doesn't work, I can't adjust the wattage, I can't switch to temp vapes. Absolutely nothing. Has anyone experienced this problem? I don't suppose there is a way to lock the buttons on this device and that's problem? I haven't found that to be true, but I thought I would ask anyway.
