kangertech subox not working

I need help, today i droped my subox. His working but i dont have voltage to heater does not smoke. Inside
it seems is all ok, cables etc. I corrected pins in mod and tank and replace heater and full charged batterie. It did not help. Display shows voltage when tank is on and when is off and when i charges batterie.
Any suggestions? sorry for my English.

Check the coil in the tank to make sure the wire didn't break, and the center pin in the connector to make sure it didn't get stuck so far down it isn't making contact. Are you getting an error message of any kind?
