The Wotofo Sapor is a good choice. The air is adjustable by misaligning the ports, so it can be built for flavor or cloud. It's also top air, and thus leak resistant. It's great for beginners-- n00bs always overdrip-- but works great for experienced hands as well, everywhere except in the huge air, sick klowd department. It's my go-to dripper; I have 3 of them. Or 4, I forget. Price in the mid-30s.
If choke-a-rhinocerous cloud is where you want to be, try a Mutation V4S (it's also a great all around choice as it's very adjustable) in the mid 30s; or a Kennedy 24, north of a Franklin authentic, but cheapish as a clone; or-- one of my favorites-- an Old Skool Fishbone V1, about 15 bucks authentic. The Fishbone has a glass top cap, and it's fun to watch the vapor boiling off the coils; of course it also makes you cross-eyed trying to see it. Note all three of these are bottom air toppers, and they will puke juice on your mod when you (inevitably) over drip.
