Sitrep --- It came to mind reading the word status. Situational Report in military/emergency services/law enforcement jargon. Status being usually an interrogative, "status?" "Here's the sitrep, sir/mam." It's usually a three page report, handed over on clipboard.

gunfire report -- the sound of a gun firing is called its report. if in the distance you hear a "fire" fight, you would hear gunfire report. "I heard gunfire report over the next ridge East of us. Didn't engage, figured it wasn't my fight."
