Shovel Nose.

Used to love catching these sharks when I lived in Queensland Australia.
They feed on moluscs and prawns, and are the best tasting shark you can get because of that. Caught heaps and would ask the neighbor's when I got one "hey, want some shovel nose?" Never ever got a knock back ever. Biggest I got was 200lb, easy guess, but purposely busted it off as its up to 4 foot taste best. The biggy was 7 foot. They get to tripple that too. This is not one of mine. Will try to find a pick of one of mine amongst my photos on old school film. They taste so good that some fish shops would get them in Central to North Qld, and they would cut circle chunks out of the meat and batter them and sell as "scallops". Sneaky mongrels.
