I'm game.
I have not played chess in a long while, forgotten so much. Am sure it's akin to riding a bicycle. Relax into it and warm back up. So much in life I find is such as that. Then, I'm backwards. Have to learn everything by doing it, the hardest way to be done.
Recently, got started back on serotonin. It makes worlds of difference for me. Three days now back on it. Can feel my body actually relaxing. The mind is settling as well, and emotions seem less able to become dictators. In my case, that is a
good thing.
Not ruminating and do genuinely see, feel positivity.

Ah, trade off being when I tire down, whew it hits pretty hard. Oh well, Mother Nature usually knows best.
