Finally received my Sigelei75 tc and had to purchase batteries and a charger yesterday. Ended up having to get 2 IMREN green 2600mah and a nitecore d2 charger. Now that I'm home from work, I'm reading reviews on my batteries and it doesn't look good and/or safe....anyone know any solid info on these IMREN batts???

Dont know much about imren batteries..they are either re wrapped cells of a known name brand or not a quality cell.

To eliminate any doubt i would just go with a brand name cell .

Considering you have a single battey mod which is regulated, i dont see why a 20 amp cell wouldnt work out good for you.

These are the most common "respected" cells in use for 20 amp cells.

Moving this to Batteries...

Your charger is fine, but those cells are suspect - they're farily common, but Samsung, LG, and Sony are preferred - the first two more specifically because there are questions about the age and legitimacy of Sonys.

The one thing I do know - IMREN doesn't make batteries. Most companies that buy cells from others and re-wrap them with their own logo are buying "seconds," or batteries that didn't get through quality-control checks and therefore the real manufacturer doesn't want to push them out with their own brand attached. For me, that's enough reason to buy legit cells - which are usually cheaper anyway.
