well if you are sure the batteries you are using are fully charged to about 4.2v
see if your under warranty and get it replaced
i never had any luck with my kooper it died in like 2 months
How long have you had it? If it's been around since they came out, it may have just run its course. Lots of similar and affordable stuff on the market today.
