Not sure exactly where to put this, but I'm sure a mod will correct me.
I see enough posts saying how bad Element is that they should receive the praise when they do well. First I've ordered from Element quite a bit and have NEVER had the slightest issue. There's a first time for everything. Placed an order on Nov 3rd which was a Sunday. Didn't expect anything until Monday or maybe Tuesday. Monday afternoon comes and I received the email about the item shipping. I know that this is just when the shipping label was created. Tuesday evening I check tracking and it says "shipping label created not yet received buy USPS". No biggie. Wednesday evening same thing. Come Thursday and same thing. This is highly unusual from my experience with Element. Send them an email politely asking if there was a problem causing the delay. They replied within a few hours stating that they were experiencing a higher than normal sales volume and that was causing delays. Completely understandable as that is common right now with everyone prepping. They said that they were going to credit my account about $8, essentially refunding the shipping charge. Now we are talking a delay of 4 days. Not exactly the month which has become normal for Fasttech. They certainly didn't have to refund me anything. I was looking for any refunds or free shit. SO kudos to Element for stepping up even though the delay (IMO) is well within acceptable time frame.
