Consider this a testimonial for an awesome company.
My Aegis Legend mod suddenly started showing flashing batteries, like if they were uneven. However, I have 2 set and both always kept in pairs and never mixed. This happens with both sets. The mod still works, but the flashing batteries show on the display a few seconds after I stop using it. It mod is not under warranty as it is close to 2 years old, *only used about a year or less, I have 2* There should be a record of when it was sent as it was a replacement for my first Legend. I purchased the 2nd one (the one I was using before this one) while waiting for this unit to arrive.

I am not sure if that security code is right, it is my best guess, even with reading glasses the print is to small. You really need to make these numbers larger.
There is no reciept as this was one of the units you sent me previously. See previous tickets. I don't expect you to replace it, just wondering why this happened, so it can be prevented. I actually have owned 4 of these now, and will buy another. It would be great if you could send a replacement, but I don't expect it.

This Aegis Legend is over 2 years old, has been used for 1 year and they are still going to replace it with the NEW Aegis X!

why you? cuz you would have HAD to have Been VERY nice when you had problems..
or they would not have been SO KIND in return.

It is mostly a matter of having your ducks in a row. Giving the info they need to process their files and such. Plus it is a lot in how you contact them. Curse and swear and why would they want to help you? I think it is really neat that they are sending me the latest version! I actually just bought that Aegis X a couple days ago at the local vape shop.

That is just awesome. I like Geek vape. I own several of their products and all work great. Good company.
