Kylo Ren fought hard to embrace the Dark Side in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, not only wanting to impress his boss, Supreme Leader Snoke, but also to better represent the legacy of his hero (and grandfather) Darth Vader.
That's why Kylo Ren went as far as to kill his own father to cut off all ties to his goodness, though anyone who is having that much trouble sticking to evil ways probably won't find it easy to wrap his mind around doing something so terrible and permanent. When we had the chance to speak with actor Adam Driver, we asked him how his character is wrestling with his murder of Han Solo in Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
"It's because it's starting so soon after The Force Awakens, there hasn't been really a lot of time to reflect or process it. Things, it's hard to say so far if they're going according to plan. I don't think he's expecting to feel the way he does," said Driver.
