I'm ok. Have to start the week of nights this week It's brutal 9pm to 6 am with a two hour commute in traffic each way. Work has been nothing short of horrific for the past months. People quitting and not enough people to work is taking it's toll on everyone left. Typical corporate America.

Been there and done it to death. Those who stick and stay still get no benefit from that. The higher ups can't understand why they can't keep people, so they offer more money to the NEW hires to try and get them in the door. The ones that've been there a bit? Oh, yeah, they get frustration. As much as they want! Glad I'm not at that place anymore. I still see them listing new jobs all the time.
