I respect that as I have used it also. I have never figured out how to make my oven smell & taste like Mesquite until I do I must do it the Texas way. Gonna make Carne Guisada in the pressure cooker soon as I recover from my trip to the super market. Even the parking lot Dudes were sitting on the sidewalk crying.I've found if you wrap up any meat and cook at 225 degrees for over 8 hours and less than 16 you end up with "fall of the bone" meat.
