What better for a vaping dad to do on the day before Father's Day, than leave the kid with the wife and go hit every B&M within a 20 mile radius that I have not been too yet.

Strike 1 on the first place. They were a headshop with a tiny vape section. When I asked for a spool of kanthal they tried selling me some prewrapped coils with the cotton already in them,and we're kind of pushy about how it's the best way to do it.

Strike 2 second place only sells kanthal in 3 foot sections. They would not sell me a full spool even though they had several of each size, and they wanted $70 for a Kanger sub plus... My regular B&M sells them for $50.
Doing good for now. Gotta go back to work tonight though.

Strikes 3 and 4. Both in the same plaza. Another headshop that only carried ego's and cig-a-likes, and an empty shop bay. Not sure if they are getting ready to open or have gone out of business. I'll check back in a month, they are right down the street from my sons day care.

Strike 6 It is now a Vapor Life. I'm not a fan of the chain places. Now for a little drive. That concludes all the ones within 5 miles of the house that I have not been too.

At least I'm having fun being out by MYSELF! I don't get me time often. And I love driving. Lots of women in bikini's out too. I'm 10 miles inland from the beach at most of these places so don't get that, but the eye candy is nice!

Stop 9 is a winner! They don't sell kanthal by the spool, but they have a drill press, do custom boxes, and carry the full lines of most of the premium brands. Also a very clean shop.

Stop 11 is a complete winner! They are a 1 block detour on my commute home from work.
They sell Kanthal in 30 foot spools for $8, yeah I can get it cheaper online, but I like to support local business when I can.
And they are right next door to Sally Beauty! Smallest box they had... Enough for 4 lifetimes! lol
This was a fun way to kill the better part of 3 hours. Time to head home and make some sammiches for the family.
