Expecting a Kanger Subtank and a few boxes of Kanger's .15 Ohm Nickel OCC coils to sit atop the Vapor Shark rDNA 40 I received a while ago. The package could arrive tomorrow. All I have here juice wise is 6mg and 12mg and I have never sub ohm'd so focus will be on pacing myself and trying not to explode my heart, hands or face with the new toys.

I wanted the black or brushed... But they are hard to find... I love it though- my first unregulated mod... With a proper build- this thing is insanely fun...
You can find the black Ivogo clone on FT around $36 last time I checked. I know, regulated is starting to get on my nerves. Nothing like a pure, unregulated mod to just hit it and quit it! No muss no fuss

This is not the Ivogo, but they do have the Ivogo brushed. Just follow the drop down menu.

It tended to rock in it's bezel....come apart unexpectedly.....general finish issues. Kyle ended up sending it back in favour of an authentic Dimitri Midnight Edition. My other mate John received an Osmium box mod......HEAVY thing that!

SOME prick posted a link I just fucked-up and went to..found there a (gasp !) clone, of a Valkyrie....dammit, 'been thinking of a mech....this one's in progress.
Good purchase! Update it ASAP! It's fine now, but the update brings it up to 165 watts... Not that you'd ever Vape that high- but the update makes the readings more accurate b/c your ohms will read double digits and allows you to drop to .08 ohms.the voltage read becomes more accurate as well!

I was hanging around a local K-Mart, 'couple years back..saw some ol' gal, probably 68, or so looking fer her grandkid, or summat; wearing pink sweats, 'said 'JUICY' across the ass. It was all I could do to not laugh out loud, the gal looked dessicated enough to attract the attention of any passing archaeologist..
They forgot to engrave DNA 40 on yours sir.
Got myself three atties and some new wire. Wire is 24 and 22 awg from Lightning Vapes. Got a VTC4 from them as well.
More the to the point, I picked up three Tobeco clones. A Hobo, a Plume Veil V1.5, and a Marquis.
The Hobo is quite good. I love the grub screws. I'd take them every day over the Philips heads that seem so needlessly prevalent. Even flat heads would be better.
The Plume Veil is also quite nice, and lives up to its name.
The Marquis is interesting. I already managed to break part of the crown though. I'll need to turn it next time I take it apart to clean it. What I don't like is how tight the topcap/barrel is. I'm going to have to change the o-rings soon. The ones that are on there right now are getting shredded.

Try taking the top o-ring off and just putting a small amount of e-liquid on it. That worked well for me. Other than that little issue I absolutely love the device. At first the airflow was just a little too tight for my taste, but I've been building it closer to 1 ohm while running 25 watts and it's absolutely perfect. It gives you fantastic flavor, decent vapor production, very sharp looking minimal topcap design, peak insulator for drip top adapters, and has a deep juice well. After I realized I could get that kind of flavor and 10-12 solid pulls before needing to drip had me sold on it. The fact they include tools that make installing coils the easiest process ever is an added bonus. Great design, just not the rda for cloud chasers.
Yeah. I agree. It's a much better design than the Varitas that my friend let me borrow for a week. It's way easier to build on and has much better airflow and a better driptip design.
The fact that the top cap is so sleek and minimal compared to the super loud "VERITAS" engraving helps too haha
