Lemo drop airflow?

So i just got the lemo drop and i dont know if i got a defective unit or not. I was expecting great airflow and its a really tight draw especially coming from a ditmod rda and the herakles.... any thoughts?

Have you adjusted the airflow nut.to be fair the drop is a bit restricted the lemo 2 is better for airflow.

If i remember correctly, the Lemo/Lemo drop have bout half the airflow of the Petri, plus it creates a bit of drag in the way it flows through the rta. Your unit is probably fine, just make sure you have the airflow nut opened all the way up. Also as a side note, when this came out, it did have massive airflow, compared to other tanks available at the time. There were no sub ohm tanks yet, no goblins etc..

The Lemo has GREAT airflow compared to legacy Kayfun type designs, but in the larger scheme of things (especially compared to modern drippers) it is a bit restricted.

Your airflow will also improve if you stick with macro/micro coils.
Larger coils and wick will choke the already restrictive (in comparison) airflow.
You also want to position your coil as close as you can to half way between the under coil air hole and chimney.
If I remember correctly, this comes out to about 3.5mm above the deck.

I have a Lemo Drop and I honestly think the airflow is terrible. A friend helped me out and removed the airflow nut entirely, and drilled out each airflow hole. It's much better now.

Yea i figured it was because its "old technology " so i drilled the bajesus out of it and its better but not great. I mainly us it when driving but its still nice to have a tank sometimes. Wish they would come out with an rba for herakles...... wonder if the triton one would work. Thanks

The side airflow inlets are only one part of the equation.

I drilled the positive post airhole to almost nothing also. And took of the airflow adjuster
