No but it will be a warmer vape. Less power = less juice consumption. But if you close the airflow some it can get warmer then you can turn the power down so it's not so hot. So I guess yes in a way too

im using 17w with 0,8ohm ss316 tight airflow on kayfun lite,is that considered as less juice?

Definitely less than my set-ups. I have a few mtl setups but mainly vape higher power. But it's what works for you.
