In the 10-15A range, the HG2 with its 3000mAh capacity should out last the HE4. Not by a massive amount, but enough to notice. You'd be looking at around 2300mAh or so at 15A for the HE4 and 2600-27000mAh from the HG2. MAh capacity varies a lot with amp load, so a true figure is hard to nail down.
The 25R is a great cell. Samsung seem to have under rated it both in terms of its current handling and capacity. It's a great cell to recommend almost universally.
I tend to keep the HG2 I have strictly under 20A.LG seem to have spec ed this cell close to its actual ability rather than leave much headroom spare. The HE4 and. 25R I have, I'm less worried about being between 20-25A on. The tests I've seen show that the HG2 can be damaged at not too much over 20A.continuous. Pulse discharging of the cell is different of course, as the cell has rest periods which alow it to cool between discharge events. It's the heat that causes the damage, and continuous discharge builds a lot of heat.
By damage, I mean permanent loss in capacity, not anything dangerous like venting. Don't want to worry anyone, so thought I'd clarify.
