In theory on a regulated mod you will get low battery warning while vaping from voltage sag on the Efests or any battery not up to the task before they blow up on ya.
so you should be able to build as low as the regulated mod will take.

don't use the efest batteries. they suck. stick to the LG HG2 batts. also the G2 is the much better mod of the 2. I'd use that one mostly if I was you.
as far as resistance, it doesn't really matter with regulated mods as long as it isn't too low or too high to fire. every mod has limits. with the RX it's .1-3 ohms for watts mode (.06-3 for temp mode IIRC) for the G2 is .007-3ohms for any mode

You can safely go as low as the mods can go.
The HG2s are 20A and the Efests are 20A or less.
You can go as high as 60W per battery with 20A batteries, so 180W with you RX200 and 120W with your G2.

I have the 35a 3000mah batterys I like them last long but for some reason it seems like it my coils get burnt more with the efest?

I think they are actually a 20 amp CDR battery, same as the HG2.

CDR is continuous discharge rating or the current the battery can continuously discharge without getting too hot and venting.
Generally you can go well above the CDR for a few seconds safely for vaping with a good battery. LG, Sony, Samsung but not Efests because you do not know what is under the wrapper.
Battery Mooch refers to this a Maximum vaping amps.
Mooch pulsed the 25R at 50 amps for 3 seconds with 30 seconds off between pulses. See here.

Just sarcasm. At best an 18350 is good for 10 amps.

For 18650's the tops is right at 30 amps for CDR.
I think there is one 26650 that has a mooch approved 30 amps too.
Most 26650's have a lower CDR than 18650's do.

Phew!!! Lol. I'm glad you're being sarcastic, it took me a long time to think of a reply to that that didn't make me sound like a prick. Lol.

Not a problem.

As a general rule for GOOD batteries here are the Maximum CDR ratings.
18350 10A
18500 15A
18650 20-30
26650 mostly 20 1 at 30 I think.

And only believe labels on Genuine Sony, LG, Sanyo, Samsung batteries for vaping.
Most of others that can be vaped with are re-wraps or grossly overstated CDR ratings on the label.
And who knows what is under a re-wrap and they change from time to time.
