Limitless RDTA Plus Bad Taste?

First of I'm sorry if this is the wrong section, but it seems suiting for my question.

Alright, so I just got the Limitless RDTA Plus. I'm justing the coils that came with the tank as I did they did not have the Fused Clapton wire in stock.

However, I get a very bad taste from the tank. Using Kendo Vape Cotton Gold Edition.

I blame the blue screws but what do I know? I am a noob. Are the screws painted or something?

I have washed my latest couple decks and didn't really notice anything, could have been lucky with clean stuff the first couple times around though.
