Looking for the smallest regulated mod.

I'm currently looking for the smallest micro mod that can use the SMOK Spirals tank.

I've been looking at the following mods:
Smokjoy Air 50s
Vaporesso Target Mini
Vaporesso Tarot Nano

I'm really looking for the best size/performance mod.
I just want the smallest mod that will take the Spirals tank.
