Lost of flavor from my juices

So to start off my vape itself is a Subox Mini and I'm using atomizer .5 ohm I've been only smoking 100 VG juice from VelvetCloud. So I have about 8 different flavors now I try to switch them out every day but at this point I seem to barely taste any of them at this point. I've gone a day or two where I don't use my vape just to see if I can regain some taste from them but it doesn't seem to work.Anyway so I'm not completely sure if my atomizer is just burnt out, if it's me, or if it's the juice itself. If you need more info I'll gladly provide more but I don't know what else to add. I put in a new coil in two days ago and I was still experiencing the same issue. I'm thinking I having vape tongue/fatigue but I don't know how it's going too so many flavors. Also all the flavors are desert like but different.

try changing the coil first, see if that makes a difference, if not it could be the dreaded vape tongue :/

Assuming that by 100 VG you mean that it is 100% pure VG, the juice along with a slight case of vape tongue is the most likely issue seeing as you have already tried changing the coil. To be short but not entirely exact, VG creates the clouds and PG gives the flavor. With 100% VG juice you are sacrificing the flavor in favor of the cloud size and viscosity of the liquid. My recommendation would be that you try a different E-Juice line that has less VG and more PG, perhaps an 80/20 VG/PG blend. Let me know if that helps and please keep us updated!

I used to loose flavor after Vaping certain juices, whether it be a premium juice or a house blend. I was introduced to an amazing product called Tongue Tonic. Google it and when you find it I suggest you order it. You drip, if your a dripper, like I am and you vape it while drinking an 8 ounce glass of water. The water activates the Ginger in the tonic, which cleanses the palate and after you finish dripping and Vaping the tongue tonic off, you will once again be able to vape the flavors you have lost taste to. Also, as a Licensed Nurse Practitioner, I will tell you that while Vaping, staying hydrated is a must. What many do not understand is that your inhaling vapor which is basically moisture. So the more moisture you out in your mouth, the more that you exhale or blow out. You may not even need tongue tonic. Sometimes it's just a matter of staying hydrated.

The advice from @jewelryfromtheag is some of the best i've seen yet for vapor's fatigue. We all get it in are vaping journey....the first time is the worse and it usually hits sometime 4-6 weeks into vaping as your lungs and tastebuds are still trying to recover and work right again after being pounded with tobacco products and chemicals for however long you used tobacco products.

I agree that hydration is key....I used to drink a half gallon give or take working outside in the hot summer days and I've doubled that since I started vaping and will still come home thirsty and down even more water. Some times more conventional means of "clearing the pallet" can help as well...I use strong mint gum or brush my teeth with strong mint toothpaste...it makes things taste funny sometimes for a bit but it usually helps do the trick literally cleaning the taste buds for me...but that's not one proven for anyone else...just my "personal" fix :)

You should also go get a small cheap random flavor to vape in the meantime or just unflavored pg/vg to vape in the meantime....no sense in wasting good juice if you can't taste it right? :)

Good luck hand happier vaping :)
