Lotus jellyfish issue

What's going on guys so I started vapping about three weeks ago I spent 150 on a Lotus jellyfish box about five days ago it wouldn't keep a charge the screen said it was full but as soon as I unpluged it, it would read 94%.so I took it back to my local shop where I purchased it they gave me a new replacement. So last night it was on the charger for almost 9hrs with a 60% charge !!!!wtf!!!! Don't want to go back to that shop so anyone know what I can do to fix it myself

It could be a bad charging cable.

Me, I would go back to the shop and ask them to go through their shop and find one that works.

Try another changing cable, are you plugging into a wall usb plug?

You should probably go exchange it for a diff mod altogether. The jellyfish didnt get very good reviews.

The jellyfish didn't get good reviews and I'm not sure why. I loved the one I had. For me it hit hard. I usually have my sig100 around 60-75watts but the jellyfish hit the same at 25watts. Why???i don't know but I loved it. The only reason I don't have it anymore is because I sleepwalk and dropped it the pisser one night. Also it comes with a year warranty, contact LOTUS and see what they say if the shop you bought it from won't take care of you. Go to the shop first, they should save you the trouble of dealing with lotus

It hit hard because it uses mean and is very inaccurate.
