since from 1st April. China has cancelled the export tax rebate for vape products.
Everything will be change in future.
the vape brand, price, scale, and so on.
as my exprience. vape business will back to 2016. of course, products always better day by day.
if you are consumer, prices will be increase in future. maybe since from 2027. as there are some vape brand or vape manufacturers still grit one's teeth and persevere. but vape factory can not keep long time running. too many workers need money for life. so, i believe 2027 is the time.
if you are vape distributor or wholesaler. my suggestion is: it is time for you to build yourself brand. maybe since from 2027.

CBD vape hardware or THC vape hardware with center post​

• Structural features: There is an airflow channel or metal bracket at the centerline position inside the atomizer, which is used to fix the heating core, guide the airflow, and connect the pneumatic switch. The center post heating core is wrapped in cotton to cover the ceramic heating coil, and the cotton can absorb oil and introduce it into the ceramic heating wire.
• Working principle: During suction, the pneumatic switch is triggered by negative pressure, and the heating core in the central area is heated by current to atomize the CBD oil or THC oil.
  Potential drawbacks: Cotton long term work with the metal center post to oil may affect the taste and even bring a cotton flavor.

Postless CBD vape device and THC vape device​

• Structural features: Cancel the central airflow channel or metal bracket, adopt lateral airway (such as starting airway+suction airway) and independent heating core installation method. The heating core made by ceramic and heating coil directly on the buttom of atomizer. CBD oil or THC oil directly touch the heating core. Air-flow directly cross the heating core to mouthpiece.

Advantages:​

• Avoid direct contact between metal and cotton with CBD oil or THC oil to improve the suction taste.
• Can be paired with a visible fuel tank for easy observation of remaining e-liquid levels.
• The structure is more concise, reducing the risk of component corrosion or burnt.

Applicable scenarios: Commonly seen in products that emphasize experience and safety, such as new small cigarettes and THC CBD vapes.

Final summary for center post and postless cannabis vape hemp vape​

The design without a center post(postless) focuses more on improving taste and safety, while the traditional mainstream structure with a center post has more stable performance.
The difference in atomization efficiency between the two is not significant, but the version postless has certain optimizations in user experience and durability.
