Roflmao
@gopher_byrd !! I am proud of you! I will say adding the VV and the SP (hope those got to you safely!) to the brie cheese omg, with the basil and My beloved Alpine.. omg... I found a bottle i had made at least 3 months ago.. and it was like a fat juicy sweet sweet strawberry, sitting in buttery, sweet tangy cream.. best vape I have had in a long time. So now I have 6 4oz bottles of it hanging out, waiting for me to dip in and drain them in a major hurry!
Lmao.. it was a very scary time,
@Ron. I wasn't too sure what to expect, as I don't eat brie often,in fact haven't had any in a few years. I didn't know how it would turn out in juice, but ya know.. now that I did.. yeah it's my best buddy. I will say that since then, I use it in more of my cheesecakes and yogurt blends and really do enjoy it. I have a 4oz of it coming, just for me.
As far as mixing with FLV, I use their bottle tips for droppers. Each one will give me .02 grams. I do have an ohaus that reads to the .001g amounts, however, with new mixers etc, it's just easier to call FLV .02g when I get readings of .017g or .023g, as the aws scale will only turn it to .02 grams anyways... no need in it getting people worried if their scale is functioning right or.. and if you keep up with your drops as all being .02g ya really do not need to worry on if you are in the right ballpark.
The one thing I have noticed is if I say on elr it is 8 drops and it gives a percentage, if i say 7 drops or 9 drops.. nothing much changes on the calculator and it gives me cause for concern if the calculator can keep up with the lowest amounts needed to make a good recipe..
@gopher_byrd , I am very happy you discovered that flv is best used under 1%, some do not get it and the silly amounts I see people using.. gesh! These are ultra concentrates! and my blog has at least 2 notes on flavor overuse and what happens.
NicVape has actually cut their flavors to match tfa strengths now.. a fact that made me cry so hard.. years ago, they were fantastic but due to the community not knowing how to mix them, they cut them for easier mixing.. Straight from Gabe, NV R&D. Sad that happened. really is a shame people do not stop and think of the chemicals and chemical reactions these flavors go thru to create something. If you think that is something, you should hear a few chemists when talking on the community mixers... sometimes in makes me really want to knock heads or go find a place to hide. The best way to tackle a flavor is start from low and work up.. not go see what the average use is and say if they like it there, I must too.. sometimes people can be lemmings!
Been playing with FLV among others now for over 2yrs and ultras are the only thing I mix with now. I am not limited, and actually enjoy the flavors. I can not go back to the rest.. I have been pampered too much.
I hope this makes sense.. Just waking up here.
