Manila by Drops is today's e-liquid. Once again, from the Tobacco Masters range, for tobacco lovers. We are promised a sweet tobacco with chocolate and coconut; let's see if it measures up. This review was made possible thanks to Vapeo24 , you can visit their website to learn more about them and this liquid.

According to the manufacturer: More than a flavor, a display of engineering. A medium-high intensity tobacco that, through the use of next-generation aromatic agents, provides a sophisticated top note, enriched with the creaminess of cocoa, coconut, and a final touch of crunchy nuts to guarantee a well-rounded and distinguished final blend. The natural next step for the vaper looking for power with a touch of distinction.

Olfactory Test: The tobacco scent is somewhat more powerful than the Dakar from the previous review. I can pick up the sweet notes of the chocolate, accompanied as well by that characteristic bitterness. I can also notice the coconut, although it is much lighter. Right off the bat, it seems this liquid is going to be quite a bit sweeter than its brother Dakar, and smoother in the tobacco department.

Taste Test (tested on an Oumier Wasp Nano with handmade coils and no nicotine): The first thing that surprises me is the sweetness, much more accentuated and much smoother than Dakar. I can notice the tobacco notes, although they are very well blended with the chocolate, which in this case stands out above all the other aromas. It is not the typical gross chocolate I usually find in liquids; it is more refined and reminds me a lot of dark chocolate. I also perceive a slight coconut note on the exhale, though I wouldn't want it to be much more pronounced.

In short, for me, this Manila is clearly a step above Dakar—not just in terms of sweetness, but in terms of experience and flavor. It is a much more complex and well-defined liquid, and you don't have to be a tobacco tryhard to like it; I find it quite smooth and balanced.
