Might be a stupid question....but Can I get a throat hit from 12mg max vg

Depends on the device you are using. In an RDA, you'll not only get throat hit, you'll get nic sick if you aren't careful.

I'm sure it will be fine. If you get dizzy and sick to your stomach, you may want to lower your nic level.
