On the authentic ones, it's not stiff at all. Just say no to clones, man!
It's very comfortable IMO. Last time when I was at the local vape shop there were three other people there besides me who all had brought their XXX with them... all four of us unanimously agreed it's comfortable and great, and I even spoke to two women there who also own the mod─they both agreed as well, so... seriously.
That's just because they've been selling most of their stuff almost like hot cakes. Can't really fault them for that, but I get your frustration... I live in a country where a $325 Purge mod will easily set you back 415 Euros so my Purge Maelstrom─the complete setup including those three Assassin extension tubes─was way more than $1k.
Just keep checking their website often. If you see something you really like, do not miss out.
Listen, mate. Ohm's law has been
PRESS FITTED into the top of my skull.
During the past four months I've spent close to $3k in mech mods (not counting all the RDAs). Right now I own nine mech mods... in this thread I have already posted their pictures so they're all here.
I've actually been trying really hard not to KEEP going...
I usually prefer brass. But my Vapergate "The 99" is copper, and I like it a lot... and of course the Vaperz Cloud "The Four Horsemen" isn't in brass, but I just couldn't let that one slip because it's such an incredibly bad 4-battery mod... it's far, FAR worse than my RX300─I mean... what could possibly be more brutally horrible than
"the four riders of the apocalypse" ? lol
I like big clouds and excellent flavor with a vape that ranges from cool or neutral to fairly warm and without much throat hit. I vape (chain vape, but never excessively so the battery never gets very warm... just put the mod down and grab the next mod... that's what I bought 'em all for anyway in the first place... short draws of about 1.8 - 2 seconds so not really causing too much extra wear and tear on a single VTC5A... don't immediately start chain vaping on a battery freshly charged... just very gradually start chain vaping more and more heavily as the resting voltage goes down, and keep pulling the battery out to feel if it's warm so eventually you'll have taught yourself who is and who isn't an ohms nazi... listen to Mooch instead of listening to the ohms nazis... always remember to tell all the ohms nazis to go and take their flannel suits stuffed with pillows to their padded rooms where they can then fuck themselves sideways...) at .1 - .11 ohms on a single VTC5A, but I also like series mechs (and para-series) a lot... with the three Assassin tubes─four batteries in series─I vape at .93 ohms (actually it measures .92 on a DNA250) using my batteries such a way that their combined voltage is only about 14.5 volts (or less) resting voltage instead of the 16.8 volts you'd get from all four batteries fully charged.
