Merlin...Can a Brand of Juice Cause Dry Hits?

I've got a Merlin, the 4ml version, and it has been working perfectly. No issues. Never a dry hit. Put some new juice in the tank, a brand that is new to me, White Label, after a few puffs I started getting dry hits. Took the base off and checked and the cotton was almost completely dry. Let it sit for a while and puffed, it was fine. Took another puff shortly after...dry hit. This has continued.

I haven't taken the time to drain the juice and put something else in the tank yet, but it makes me wonder...is it possible that certain juice can cause dry hits?

You may want to take the deck out and very lightly trim some of the girth from the wicking

You can avoid actually taking a dry hit by making sure it is wicking correctly.

If it is wicking correctly, a nice round bubble will rise up from ONE of the wicking holes

If it is not wicking, do not take a hit
