Micro G....is it a vaporizer ?

I owned a MFLB for 2 yrs and kinda like it for home. I was given as a gift, a micro G herbal. While the mflb gives light hits, it is tasty and it leaves old pencil shaving like remains behind and I like that I can see my stuff. My micro g herbal gives big boy hits (2 at best) tastes great but leaves nothing but ash..... Is this a vaporizer or just an expensive electronic one hitter ?
