They supposedly shipped me a package by first class mail on 3-16-2018.
Have not recieved package and they will NOT answer emails.
But they do keep sending me spam mail trying to sell me more stuff.

If you have tracking number? I usually call my local post office if I want to check on something/for maybe more info than usps site tracker.

I would be fighting someone lol. Had this problem with mech magnets. But it turned out to be USPS fault. So I got my magnet, and the dude gave me a refund. Took a while for a response because dude's phone got ran over. But definitely great customer service

Actually it was Paypal so filed a report with them.

They better respond while I have time to divert the micro meteor.

Less than 1 hour after filing Paypal dispute I got a reply to my last email.
Strange that with their email being down and all that....
I replied to refund the entire order.

I can reprocess and ship your order tomorrow but sadly, we're out of DRIPBOX in color white, we only have available red color. Please let me know if you would like to exchange the color or we just process the refund for them.

Not really since they have no white Dripbox2's and that was the reason for my order.
Ok. But, you are getting a free mod and dont have to buy anything.

That kbox Mini Platinum is nice. Know you wanted the Dripboxes, but it's nice just the same.

These stores, and eBay sellers as well, have shipping software or something that enables them to generate tracking numbers before the PO has the package. I've had tracking numbers from eBay sellers for as long as a week and the PO still doesn't have the package.

What pisses me off is that I think some of these stores use these tactics to get rid of colors or styles that don't sell well, as in, they led you to believe they had white in stock, so you ordered white. They probably KNEW they didn't have white, but took your order anyway, hoping you'd agree to let them substitute red, since they have a harder time selling the red.

I have a conspiracy-theory mind, but that's happened to me enough times that it immediately makes me suspicious now. The Aspire Pegasus that I recently ordered is a good example. I ordered brushed stainless. The store came back to me and said they were out of stock on stainless, but they had brushed gunmetal, and would I allow the substitution. So that was ok, I said yes. What actually arrived was brushed BRASS. I just kept the damn thing and ordered a wrap for it. I only paid $20 for the full-size Pegasus, so it's worth far more than what I paid for it, but that place has lost my business forever with shenanigans like that.

Well it looks like they made it right though, even though you had to bang them on the head using the big stick of PP. I'm not much of a fan of PP for customer support doesn't just suck, it's nonexistent. They are useful though for as a payer if you don't receive your goods and/or fucked up goods PP will refund your money. This affects the vendor greatly so anytime they receive a complaint from a PP customer they're all over it.

Not to be offered a red mod after weeks of ignoring my emails and only responding after I turned in a paypal dispute.

They were warned in my emails that I would make my issue public on vape related social media if they would not respond to me.

I have found other posts on other boards with the no ship and no response to emails issue that I experienced with this vendor.

After ignoring me for weeks ONLY shipping me what I ordered would make it right.
I WANTED the 2 Dripboxes, I did not really want the Kbox platinum it was a filler for free shipping and a Deeming reg stockpile item.

IMO you've milked this one enough.
Stop whining and take your full refund and your free mod w/ free shipping.

I don't know were that free mod comes from but in the upper posts Cromwell mentioned to have added it to the initial order, so I'm assuming he paid for it lol. The vendor were out of stock by the time they got to his packet or PayPal dispute arrived faster who knows, now they are trying to exchange the 2 white mods for red one if he wants that, regardless of that tho the platinum will be shipped tomorrow. If however the PayPal dispute goes thru, I'm in doubts that they send anything and they don't need too if that's the decision both parties agreed on.. Again no free mod ;)

I'm not getting into the rest of the discussion tho or who's right and who's wrong, just pointing out how I understood it, might be wrong tho.

The vendor were out of stock by the time they got to his packet
I have an email from them on the 16th telling me that they shipped the 2 white mods and the platinum one as well...

I hate being lied to.
And the only way to make it right is to honor the original deal. I don't care if they had to buy the 2 mods from someone else to ship to me.
Had they not told me that my order had been shipped then this would not be an issue.

We had a binding contract and they reneged on the deal.

I think you should take the full refund, and the free mod. But, give them my address to send the mod so you don't have that constant reminder sitting around reminding you how they screwed you over and sent the 2 mods you wanted, to someone else, that by now has been enjoying them for a couple weeks. :D

That's the thing. They let it go and go and go....till they saw something was up 3 weeks later. Even if they had a system malfunction or whatever, certainly they can send an email or make a phone call when they created a label but your order didn't leave their warehouse. And if they had, it would have been a bummer, but at least you'd have known where you stand instead of all the grief. I really don't like those online systems that generate an email to tell me it's been shipped when all it really means is a label was created. They shouldn't lie like that.

@Vape Fan - even better is the "Packaging" email that sits somewhere for a week. I forever email these chinese places to find out if the damned thing is OOS, lost, moving, etc. (I swear they must put them into rickshaws to ride to Beijing with 2 kids in the back trying to put them in an envelope ;-)
