From conversion-metric.org 1 mL = 15.419629805528 drop. This recipe has a total of 54 drops which is almost 4ml. 11ml of e-liquid/nic to 4ml of flavor. A little on the high side normally I like to go no more than 32 drops or 2ml to 13ml of e-liquid/nic.
Of course drops are different per dropper. Capella's default bottle has a higher volume drop to me at least compared to the others. Oh well I hope you enjoy. You can call the recipe what you like.
