Mini RTAs

Hi everyone! I'm looking for an RTA (a black one) that doesn't chip as easily as the Serpent Minis.

I'd like one that's preferably:

1. Close to the size of the SM
2. Black or something that would match a red and black mod
3. Preferably single coil but I will consider one that CAN be run on a single coil such as the Aromamizer Supreme Lite
4. 22mm diameter
5. Doesn't leak

I'm unaware of any other single-coil RTA apart from the SM. I was hoping you guys could suggest other tanks that ran primarily on a single coil.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks everyone!

Will check on the goblin mini v3. Just watched moke vapes review on it and it looks pretty good. Juice flow control sounds awesome on a mini tank. I just hope it's as small as my serpent minis.

You definitely can compare the specs. Good luck!

That would be yes. As to how it vapes, I cannot say, just yet. Also, it does come with red o-rings in the spares bag. Light blue, too.

I'm looking forward to having a look at this in my local bm store.

Hoping that black finish on it is anodized and not just painted on. Otherwise, i might stick with my serpent mini. Or if the size is comparable, im also considering the aromamizer supreme lite.

Im afraid a 25mm will overhang on my lavabox m. All of the reviews say i wont be able to go past 22mm but may get away with a 23mm.

But anyway, im not really a fan of any attys above 22mm. Wouldve been nice to have the option though if volcano pushed the 510 back a little.

Surprisingly, a 25mm's overhang on the LB M is about a half mm, and on the front only. I put a 25 on mine, and was not put off at all by the looks of it.

Oh cool, i should have a look at 23s or 24s then. Ive never tried putting one on my mod. Thanks for that!

I recollected wrong, it is a full 1mm. Here's a shot with a 25mm STM. The 24mm Avocado overhangs too, for some reason.

I see, thank you for taking the time to take a picture

I think my safest bet is to stick with a 22mm then. I just looked at my lavabox now and the serpent mini 22mm goes right to the edge of the front. I just might be able to get away with a 23 with very minor overhang. That is if ever i do decide to get the aromamizer instead of the goblin mini v3.

I was also previously considering the petri rta but i just really cant justify its price (going for $100 at my local vape store) for what it is.

Yes, they need to move the connector back 1.5mm from the front.

Same here on the $$$, plus the gold niether...

Purecoils.com $69.99 for the 22mm Petri rta. Or SXK Petri clones $24

I didnt know they had a stainless steel one. Do you reckon the gold will look good on our blood red lavabox though?

How is the petri? Any leaking issues? Im kinda worried the juice flow holes might be a little big... (thats what she said )

Petri RTA (Best IMO)
Kinda pricey though. How is the taste compared to the serpent mini and the like?

If the taste is very similar or not too far off, i really dont see any reason to get the petri unless you really like the design of the tank since it costs too much imo. Which im still on the fence about.

It is a ss clone.
I can't say as to its performance, as it was an impulse buy, and I'm not on the building bandwagon yet.

Could've fooled me... looks great anyway.

You should get into building them, saves a lot of $$$ and personally, i never looked back after building my own. Flavor is just so much better

I know I should. I have more wire, wick, RTA's & RDA's than I can shake a stick at, but can't break the wall down.

The serpent mini 25 isn't too fat behind. IMO rather save the movey instead.

I have no idea.
I perused their forum, and they were talking that one day *poof*, all DotMod "styled" items were gone, even items in carts too.
Ive seen alot of dotmod clone products disappear from the market especially in american online stores. Grr ive owned authentic stuff but now am in the market for clone

I have both the Goblin Mini V3 and the Serpent Mini. The Goblin Mini V3 is actually the tiniest bit smaller than the Serpent Mini. The flavor production is extremely close with just the slightest of edge going to the Serpent Mini. The Goblin Mini V3 comes with 2 build decks, one is single coil and one is dual coil. Both are velocity style decks. Gone are the days of the Goblin Mini's using a plug in the airflow hole for single coil use, thank goodness.
There is also an extension available separately for the Goblin Mini V3 that turns it into a 4ml tank and can be installed without draining the tank, and uninstalled once the liquid level falls below the extension.
As mentioned above the TFV8 Baby Beast is a 3ml mini RTA that has an available RBA, but the RBA section is dual coil only. I wasn't going to buy a Baby Beast for this reason. I prefer single coils also. I did however wind up with a black Baby Beast since it came in a kit with my Alien mod, so I bought the RBA to go with it. It is a very nice looking mini RTA, but is still quite a thirsty little thing. Even with dual stainless micros at only .5 ohm, and the flavor is no where near the level of the Goblin Mini v3 or Serpent Mini. It's muted, even with the airflow turned way down.
I use my Goblin Mini V3 on an Evic Basic when I need to use an extremely small stealth setup, because I can turn the juice control off and not have any flooding leakage when refilling it while on the go.
Hope some of this helps.

I love my serpent mini. I have the stainless and it's my favorite out and about tank on a SMPL Amod hybrid mech. I have gotten rid of my Griffin and put my Mage in a drawer. I hate fiddly juice flow controls and messy top fill designs. The serpent is just easy to wick and fill without mess or leaks. There is a 24 mm version that holds more juice and comes with a dual coil velocity deck as well as the same single coil deck both included in the box. Just get the stainless. Looks fine on any mod.

Yeah, i think i'll stick with my serpent minis for the meantime. I have both the black and ss but it's the black one that looks better on a red and black mod. My only real gripe is the finish. The paintjob wotofo did on it is subpar.
